crib bedding
we've decided on a crib set if we should have a boy baby :)

We plan on finding out if this is a girl or a boy....so we're hoping to have an easy time of decorating a nursery in the coming months.....we've chosen this ditty for a boys room.........still nothing at all for a girl.....because the husband is convinced we're having a boy....

on another note....
why do people ask if we've picked out or talked about names yet when all they can do when I tell them what we've come up with is knock the choice?????? I mean I could give a rats what you think of the name we are choosing for *our* baby....I think I've decided we're just not talking names to anyone......poo on everyone for giving me their "opinion" of the name choices we tossed out.....poo on you!
god.....it just irks me.......when I tell you what we're thinking of don't say "oh no, you don't want your son made fun of for the rest of his life with a name like that" or...."oh yeah I knew a he had the worst case of acnce" We are thinking over the name thing....we'll be fine.....thanks for the "advice" everyone........................

We want a strong name, and old fashioned name....that is not over used.....and that does NOT come from a book of baby names....we want the name to have a meaning...a purpose to US......we don't have anything in particular in mind yet....(ok *I* do but have yet to convince hubby they are the perfect names) anyway....that is my rant on that.....

I'm going to do my best to drop no baby names until jr. is born....and no the kid will not be a jr...............my kid is not going to be Larry! hahahha......

I personally am not sharing names pre-birth because I am sick to death of people stealing them. Ugh. And, besides, I know that the majority of people will hate the names we've chosen, but I don't particularly care. :-)

Brooke I really like the set you chose it is so cute. I too like strong names and think that naming your baby is such a personal choice so it's not anyone's business anyway. It is sad that people feel they have to put down choices though. Kids will find ways to tear apart any name so to me that was not even a consideration when choosing our names. I can not wait to hear what you are having.

I almost bought that bedding set, it's very cute! But then I saw one that had animals on it, and it was on clearance, so I HAD to have it. I am not sharing names because I know I am too easily influenced by what other people say and I want our baby to have a name that WE picked and don't really care what other people think.

I love this set!! It's so handsome!!
As for the name thing, don't get me started!! That is why ours was nicknamed Espn from the start!!
Everyone has an opinion on a name so it's best to only tell a few people, hint hint, that are gonna support you....

Opinions are like assholes, right? ;-)

But I'm with Danielle...I'll tell you mine if you tell me yours! I'm confident that you would never steal our names because they are not at all what you described as wanting for your kids! ;-) heehee

Auntie M, tell them the most horrid names you can think of and then say it with a straight face!! Espnlina was our girls choice. Man, what a hoot. My brother still calls him Espn tho...
